Once your order ships, you can follow every stage of its journey right from your account — and we’ll email you on each update too.

Track in 4 Easy Steps

Everything happens inside My Account on the Shiwora Arts website.

Open your Orders

Log in and go to My Account → Orders. Find the order you want to track. Once our team adds shipment details, a “Track Order” button appears next to that order.

Don’t see the button?It appears only after we’ve added your tracking details. If your order is still being packed, please check back a little later.

Click “Track Order”

Press the Track Order button. This opens your personal tracking page for that order, with a live progress timeline.

Follow the progress timeline

The timeline turns green as your order moves through each stage:

Placed Packed Shipped Out for Delivery Customer Received

You’ll also see the Tracker ID, courier name, and when it was last updated.

Open the live tracking link

Click “Open tracking link” to jump to the courier’s own website and see real-time, location-by-location updates for your parcel.

You’re also emailedEvery time we update your tracking, an email lands in your inbox with the latest status and a direct tracking button — so you don’t even have to check manually.

Button appears after shippingThe “Track Order” button shows up once we add tracking details to your order — usually after it’s packed and handed to the courier.
Check anytimeYour tracking page stays available in My Account, so you can revisit it whenever you like.
Stuck or delayed?If something looks off or your parcel seems stuck, just reach out and we’ll chase it up with the courier.
