How to Return
a Product
A simple step-by-step walkthrough to raise a return request from your account, ship the item back, and track your refund — all in a few minutes.
The Return Process
Follow these steps inside My Account on the Shiwora Arts website.
Open your Orders
Log in and go to My Account → Orders. Find the order containing the item you want to return. Returns are available only for orders whose payment is confirmed, so an order still marked “Pending payment” will not show the button.
Click “Return Now”
Press the Return Now button next to the order. This opens the return form. The button stays available for 17 days after the order is placed — after that it disappears.
Choose the product & reason
Select which product from the order you’re returning, then pick a reason:
Add a short message describing the issue so our team understands quickly.
Add the product video link (required)
A short video of the product is compulsory — it helps us verify the issue and approve your refund faster. Upload it to Google Drive and paste the share link.
- Upload your product video to Google Drive.
- Click the Share button on the video.
- Change access from “Restricted” to “Anyone with the link”.
- Click Copy link and paste it into the form.
Attach a photo & check the amount
Adding a product image is optional (JPG or PNG, under 10 MB). The Return Amount fills in automatically — it’s the product’s price without shipping or other charges.
Submit — see your refund & return address
Hit Submit return request. You’ll instantly see your refundable amount and the address to ship the product back to.
Ship it back, then add tracking
After you courier the product, come back and edit your request to add the Tracking Number and Courier Service Name. You can edit the request up to 2 times, after which the edit button is removed.
Track status in “My Returns”
Open My Account → My Returns any time to see every request and its current status. Once our team reviews it, the status and a note from the store will appear here.
