Overview
At Shiwora Arts, every order is carefully checked, packed, and dispatched with care. For your protection and ours, we record a packing and delivery video for each order and ship every parcel with a tracking ID. This confirms exactly which product was sent and the condition it was in when it left us.
Because of this, our return policy is simple and clear. Our return window is 7 days from the date you receive your order.
When You Can Return an Item
We accept a return only if, when your order arrives, the product is:
- Different from the product you ordered, or
- A different colour from what you ordered, or
- Damaged.
If your item falls into one of these cases, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
When Returns Are Not Accepted
We do not accept returns or refunds for any other reason — including change of mind or simply not liking the item. This is because every order is packed and dispatched on video and shipped with a tracking ID, which confirms the correct product and its condition at the time it left us.
Returns requested after 7 days of delivery cannot be accepted.
How to Request a Return
Within 7 days of delivery, contact us with your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the problem (wrong item, wrong colour, or damage):

Once we review and approve your request, we will share the return shipping address and the next steps.
Return Shipping
- You are responsible for shipping the product back to us at your own cost. Return shipping has to be arranged and paid for by you.
- Return shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed.
- We recommend using a trackable courier, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you by email/WhatsApp whether your refund is approved or rejected.
- If approved, we refund only the original price of the product. Shipping charges — both the original delivery charge and the return shipping you paid — are not refunded.
- In other words, we refund the value of the product only.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. If you paid by Cash on Delivery, we will refund by UPI or bank transfer to the details you provide.
Replacement / Exchange
For approved cases (wrong item, wrong colour, or damage), we will, at your choice, either replace the item with the correct one or refund the product price as described above.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received an approved refund yet:
- Check your bank account or UPI/payment app again.
- Contact your bank or payment provider — there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
